Is it possible to make this?
Whether you have an exact rendering or a sketched idea, we will work with you to bring your project to life. We will always find the best solution to ensure your project is to brief, within budget, delivered on time, and finished to perfection.
Do I need to provide designs or drawings?
Yes, ideally drawings or renders with all relevant measurements and details, and as much information as possible about your project’s function and end use.
However, if you only have a sketched idea, that’s fine too. We will work with you to find the best solution.
What type of design files do I need to provide?
If you do have design files, a PDF version or even a JPEG is good. If you are unsure if your file is suitable, give us a call to discuss.
What quantities can you produce?
SteelScale specalises in the production of low-volume projects, and one-off pieces created in steel. Our emphasis is quality over quantity, and all projects are made to an exacting standard, and level of detail that allows us to deliver the highest quality end result to our clients.
How much will it cost?
Each job is unique, and the cost of your project is dependent on a range of factors.
Before we commence any project, we undertake a detailed scoping with you to ensure we have understood your brief and requirements, from design to production, delivery and installation.
Where needed, we will source additional quotes from our trusted suppliers for processes that may need to be outsourced. These elements will be included, at cost, in your quote.

Do you offer structural welding services?
We specialise in fine TIG welding and do not offer an on-site structural welding service. However, if your job requires this, we will engage our trusted suppliers to provide you with a quote, and ensure the needs of your job are met.
Do you deliver and install?
We offer an end-to-end service that includes delivery and installation. We will work with you at the beginning of your project to scope out all the requirements and details to ensure a successful and seamless delivery and installation.
